Cancellation & Refund Policy

At ReYou Med Spa, we strive to provide the best possible experience for all our clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all, we have established the following cancellation and refund guidelines.


Appointment Cancellations

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without any charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee equal to the cost of the scheduled service. This policy helps us manage our schedule and offer appointments to other clients.


No-Shows

If you miss your appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments may also be charged the full cost of the service. We encourage clients to notify us as soon as possible if they cannot attend.


Refunds and Pre-Paid Services

Refunds for services already provided are generally not available. For pre-paid services, packages, or gift cards, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances. Any refund approvals will be communicated clearly via email or phone.
