Welcome to ReYOU (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online booking system, and all services provided at our facility located in Florida, including but not limited to: injectable treatments (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers), permanent makeup, manicures, pedicures, massage therapy, facials, eyelash extensions, and head spa services (collectively, the “Services”).

By booking an appointment, purchasing a service or product, or accessing our website, you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access our website or receive Services.

1. Medical Services & Informed Consent

• Injectable Treatments & Permanent Makeup: These are medical procedures performed by or under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional. They are not without risk.
• Requirement for Consultation: All new clients seeking injectable or permanent makeup services must undergo an in-person consultation prior to booking the procedure. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is not a suitable candidate for medical or safety reasons.
• Informed Consent: You will be required to read and sign a separate, detailed Informed Consent Form specific to each medical procedure (e.g., injectables, permanent makeup) prior to treatment. The risks, benefits, alternatives, and post-care instructions will be explained in that document. Your consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time before the procedure.

2. Appointments, Cancellations, & No-Shows

• Booking & Deposits: A credit card is required to book some appointments. Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
• Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment. For medical procedure appointments, 48 hours notice may be required.
• Late Arrivals: Arrival more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time may result in rescheduling or a modified service to respect the time of subsequent clients.
• Fees for Late Cancellation/No-Show: Failure to provide timely notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee. For repeated no-shows or late cancellations, we may require pre-payment for future services or refuse future bookings.

3. Payments, Refunds, & Gift Cards

• Payment: Payment is due in full at the time service is rendered. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
• Packages & Memberships: Purchased service packages or memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. They expire as detailed in the purchase agreement.
• Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on services rendered or products purchased. If you are dissatisfied with a service, you must notify us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss a potential resolution, which may be offered at our sole discretion. This does not apply to outcomes related to the normal healing process of medical or semi-permanent procedures.
• Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are subject to any terms printed on the card. ReYou is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

4. Health, Safety, & Client Responsibilities

• Medical History: You agree to provide complete and accurate medical history, including allergies, medications, pregnancies, and health conditions, prior to any service.
• Infectious Disease: If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or have symptoms of a contagious illness, you must reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone presenting with symptoms.
• Conduct: We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Any inappropriate, abusive, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
• Personal Belongings: You are responsible for your personal belongings. ReYou is not liable for lost or stolen items.

5. Liability & Release

• Acknowledgement of Risk: You acknowledge that all Services, from manicures to injectables, involve inherent risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, skin irritation, infection, asymmetry, and unsatisfactory results.
• Release: To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless ReYou, its owners, employees, and independent contractors from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to the Services received, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• Limitation of Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and social media (logos, text, images, before/after photos) is the property of ReYou and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: safety concerns, contraindications identified in consultation, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with these Terms.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important. Our separate Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information, in compliance with applicable laws.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in [County] County, Florida.
